Sencha Extra Fine is an exquisite Japanese green tea. Sencha is steamed to fix the tea (halt the oxidation of the leaves). The leaves are then rolled, shaped, and dried using the Sencha rolling method developed in the mid-17th century. This Sencha, from a seaside region south of Shizuoka, is rich with marine notes and a sweet aroma.
